  3. Return on Training Investment: Can our current understanding of Return on Training Investment be supplemented by further applied research to widen our knowledge of employers, especially small-medium enterprises, using Return on Training Investment approaches in their training decisions?
  4. Apprenticeship Completion: What are the most promising practices in Canada, by employers, government, unions, or educational institutions, which help apprentices continue in their apprenticeships to the point of completion?
  5. Immigrant Integration: What are the most promising practices in Canada, by employers, governments, or educational institutions which help immigrants integrate into the workplace?
