Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Unraveling the relationship between socio-economic status and child and adolescent developmental outcomes
Assoc. Dean: At least 1 week prior to agency deadline.
Research Development & Services: At least 3 days prior to agency deadline.
HRSDC: November 21, 2008
The main goal of this research project is to carry out a thorough review and analysis of the current state of knowledge on the relationship between SES (as measured by income, education and occupational prestige as composite or discrete measures) and child and adolescent development outcomes. HRSDC has a particular interest in the cognitive and emotional well-being domains. Similarly, on account of the significant research gaps in middle childhood, proposals concentrating on this life stage are particularly encouraged.
Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant and Assoc. Dean Signatures).
NOTE: Since this RFP is contract research, budgets must take into account UWO’s Indirect Costs policy
