The Faculty of Education is pleased to announce a new initiative, a Community Speaker Series entitled “Let’s Talk About Education.” The idea behind the talks is centred around hot topics in education that will engage the general public – anyone who has a vested interest in education and the school system. The talks are therefore designed to be interactive and/or facilitate discussion.
The first talk:
“I don’t like math … I love it! How to get kids and parents excited about math.”
Dr. George Gadanidis
Faculty of Education
Wednesday, November 21st
(Room 1139, Faculty of Education)
Admission and parking are free; refreshments will be provided.
Please plan to attend, to support your colleague and the Faculty in this new initiative. Please also provide assistance in spreading the word. Please forward the information to anyone you feel may be interested.
Additional information about the talk:

Take-home material will be provided.
