Killam Fellowships

The Killam Research Fellowships are highly distinguished research grants supporting scholars of exceptional ability engaged in research projects of broad significance and interest. They provide two years’ release time from teaching and administrative responsibilities, with regular salary and benefits, to devote time and energy to research.

Eligibility:  social/natural/health sciences, engineering, humanities, or studies linking multiple disciplines.

Deadlines: Western’s internal deadline for application submission is Thursday, May 1, 2014.

An information session on the Killam Program, which also includes the $100,000 Killam Prizes, will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 in the Support Services Building, Room 4220, at 10:30 AM.
