Western Institute for Research on Teaching and Learning
June 3-5, 2014
This three-day intensive hands-on workshop is designed to support faculty members, librarians, and archivists in the development of a research project on their own teaching. In this interactive workshop, we address the basics of doing research on teaching in higher education (e.g., developing a researchable question; quantitative and qualitative research designs; research ethics) and participants work individually and in small groups to develop their own projects. The third annual edition of the Western Institute for Research on Teaching and Learning will be held June 3-5, 2014 in the Teaching Support Centre.
