Qualitative data can provide you with an in-depth understanding of complicated behaviours. Gathering information using focus groups, interviews, participant observation, and open-ended responses is straightforward and can provide you with a better understanding of people and the social and cultural contexts in which they live, study, and work. This workshop will offer an introduction to rigorous and ethical methods of collecting and analyzing qualitative data as well as a general overview of software and analysis techniques that facilitate interpretation and reporting.
